How to Use:
Boil water and let cool off to comfort level. Pour herbs and hot water into sitz bath. Drape a towel over legs to trap in heat.Sit for 30-45 mins. (DO NOT USE WHILE ON MENSTRUAL) Steam 1week before your menstrual cycle to prepare your body by reducing cramping/heavy bleeding and 1day-1week after to assist with cleansing and removing remaining blood. Please note: 1 pack is good for 1 steam ONLY
